Background
After a first degree in the area of language and communication as well as a postgraduate diploma in International Management I spent some years working in the UK, France and Germany.
My Master of Business Administration (MBA) helped me to move into the area of business training as well as part-time employment as an associate lecturer in a triple accredited business school.
Further qualifications as a coach and mediator supported my move into leadership development.
